Friendly staff, convenient location.
Just spoke to Felicity and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My son has been going to Palmetto in Aiken SC for 8 years and is relocating to Georgia. Felicity’s knowledge and excellent customer service is commendable. Palmetto is a first class facility and highly recommended.
I was at West Columbia location due to racist staff I left that location Love this location they made me feel welcome tend to my needs highly recommend this location
I've been coming here for regular infusions for over a year. The staff are always so kind, caring and friendly. A few times I've had long delays but I'm not sure what factors play into that or if they're out of the employees' control.
