The front desk reception lady who worked was rude and unprofessional. I came in to get a MRI on my knee because it was dislocated the week before. I was told over the phone I pay after the MRI but when I arrived I was told to pay upfront (No problem) but as me and my wife walk in she told us she was calling us before I missed my appointment thing is I arrived at 1:03 my wife who number they had didn’t even get a ring or a notification but was called at 1:04 for a split second. The lady who did my scan was great, Davonna I think is her name...personable and explained everything. However I went in on a Monday and had my order STAT but they didn't send my results to my doctor until Wednesday... And that was still after they had to call them twice. Cost me a trip to the ER and surgery. The ER had to do my CT scan again because it was still not in after requesting I it from my doctor, I will NEVER go back to them.

I had an appointment at 1:30. I had to wait 45 minutes to get an Xray. They were taking MRI and CT scans ahead of Xray. One person doing it all. Very disappointed!

When I walked in for an MRI in November, I was told that I had to pay $35.15 because I had Medicare insurance. I was never asked if I had a secondary insurance. The statement was made everyone has to pay the $35.15 or you’re not getting a scanned if you have Medicare. My secondary insurance paid Palmetto imaging the $35.15 so when I walked in the office asking for my money, of course they referred me to a billing department, which is ran by a third-party.
