I had an appointment at 1:30. I had to wait 45 minutes to get an Xray. They were taking MRI and CT scans ahead of Xray. One person doing it all. Very disappointed!

When I walked in for an MRI in November, I was told that I had to pay $35.15 because I had Medicare insurance. I was never asked if I had a secondary insurance. The statement was made everyone has to pay the $35.15 or you’re not getting a scanned if you have Medicare. My secondary insurance paid Palmetto imaging the $35.15 so when I walked in the office asking for my money, of course they referred me to a billing department, which is ran by a third-party. I always have a super pleasant experience with Palmetto imaging/Medquest. They always greet me, I wait less than 5 minutes to be seen, they go above and beyond any other medical facility I have visited in some time! You will end up receiving results/reports/studies… etc. either via secured app portal, or possibly by Dr. follow-up visit where the scans and reports are sent out to with SCAN FINDINGS and Impressions!
