Absolutely perfect in pricing and delivery. I bought a Wellis Hercules. Love it!!! However, it was time to deal with them, after the sale. On April 3rd, per Johns instruction, I texted a parts request. Today, April 17th, he blocked my phone number. He wouldn't provide his email, doesn't respond to texts, just blew me off. Craig, the apparent owner, is my next stop. This customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen. I regret it, knowing what's in store if I have a problem with the tub.

Got a new Kona tub delivered and had an issue 45 days later . Absolutely sub par level of customer service. Problem was not solved after endless e mails and phone calls not answered. Zero courtesy nor care from their service team . Unfortunate circumstances for sure . The competition sent a tech out to resolve issue . The manufacturer Cal Spa , stepped up and was very helpful. The tub is Awesome and highly recommended , the dealer not so much !
