Got a new Kona tub delivered and had an issue 45 days later . Absolutely sub par level of customer service. Problem was not solved after endless e mails and phone calls not answered. Zero courtesy nor care from their service team . Unfortunate circumstances for sure . The competition sent a tech out to resolve issue . The manufacturer Cal Spa , stepped up and was very helpful. The tub is Awesome and highly recommended , the dealer not so much !
I was looking online at the tubs that get delivered to the street. Most hot tub dealers are very expensive. I didn't like the idea of having to move the tub and set it up myself. I found Palmetto Hot Tubs and they are full service and very close to the price of the curbside delivery companies. I got a Wellis spa. The price was very good and the process was simple. These guys were great! Woke up to my spa not working. I called and the man I spoke to on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful & kind. Walked me through the entire step by step to get in contact with the repair service as I’m not very tech savvy. I was contacted literally with 15 mins by email and again super helpful. The man they sent to my house called my husband on the phone to let him know he was in the area and if he could stop in now. He came and noticed the electrical panel was shot.
