Most impressed with their customer service. After some misunderstandings on my part, their service team patiently and promptly fixed a complex problem. Highly recommend them for both sales and service. They primarily communicate by email which is where everyone (except for me and my wife) is comfortable. My college age daughter explained it all to me. So very impressive how patient and helpful they were to a difficult customer (me).

Absolutely perfect in pricing and delivery. I bought a Wellis Hercules. Love it!!! However, it was time to deal with them, after the sale. On April 3rd, per Johns instruction, I texted a parts request. Today, April 17th, he blocked my phone number. He wouldn't provide his email, doesn't respond to texts, just blew me off. Craig, the apparent owner, is my next stop. This customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen. I regret it, knowing what's in store if I have a problem with the tub.
