This home appraiser was categorically the worst experience we have ever had in our four home purchases. He far exceeded his role addressing and adding to the report things that should not have been considered including finishing colors. There were no life safety issues identified during the inspection process that warranted the appraiser making recommendations with specific upgrade work and amounts that he downgraded the rating that lead him to then come back for 3 subsequent appraisals.
