Prompt response. Fixed the problem right away. I like the notification I received. It showed a picture of the technician so I’d know who to expect, and it included a link to see where he was while enroute.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Leigh(not sure if this is the spelling) is very nasty and rude. She said she called on 12/3 and left a voicemail. Lies! Lies! I have proof. When calling she is so unpleasant and unprofessional. She called on 12/4 at 2:49pm to inform me that the tech was there at our house. Never got any info prior or a text she said we would get to let us know to be there. In a nasty tone said that she would still charge me the $75. For what?
