John has installed and serviced all of my HVAC’s at two homes. always professional, trustworthy, and all around good man. I would not use anyone else.
Charged $250 to splice a wire that had shorted due to his own poor install job. That “fix” lasted about a year, and the exact same problem needs to be fixed again. I.e., he never actually fixed the problem, just put a bandaid on it. For $190, which included approximately $0 in materials. Absolute rip off, and I kind of doubt he knows what he is doing at all. They have always responded timely and have solved numerous issues arising from construction details. He and his employees have always been willing and able to discuss issues.
