John and David handled the replacement of our old A/C system. They were professional and punctual, and recommended some improvements to make our house more comfortable. They know their stuff. Highly recommended.
David came over to validate if my AC system was operating correctly. I will continue to use them for semi-annual system health checks. They work hard to have good customer relationships.
We’ve used John Hollis for 15 years across several houses and family members. We’ve used him to service our home, rental unit. He’s always reliable and a great communicator. We trust him to go even when we are not around. He has done our regular maintenance semi annually, replaced thermostats, installed a brand new unit, repaired and processed warranty from another unit from another installer, and in an emergency when our AC went out and it was 90 degrees at night.
