Ugh, I can't believe I even have to write this. You can NEVER get a call back from this company. I asked them to check and tune up my unit over three weeks ago. After leaving a third voicemail, Tracey finally called back, saying she was swamped and would update me next week. But she never called, and I left one last voicemail... nothing. Now I have to find someone else. I know units break, especially with this heat, but we matter too.
