Ugh, I can't believe I even have to write this. You can NEVER get a call back from this company. I asked them to check and tune up my unit over three weeks ago. After leaving a third voicemail, Tracey finally called back, saying she was swamped and would update me next week. But she never called, and I left one last voicemail... nothing. Tracie and the team (David was our tech) are awesome. Responsive and professional. We had our AC unit stop working while we were out of the country. Came back to 95° house.
