Zero confidence in the doctor. Rushing as if she is 3 patients behind and about to get fired for it. I will be looking for a different doctor also very difficult to understand since she is from India and speaks broken English very rapidly.
TRASH. If you want a meh surgery but garbage follow up and care, this is the place for you!!! They always said they would check with the doctor and would take days to get back and the answers were never actually answers or solutions. Ever appointment I had was always reschedule. The surgery didn't fix anything. They said I now need a spinal fusion. Thank goodness we are moving away.
Dr Shah was amazing, took time to explain everything and listen to my concerns.
I've had nothing but bad experiences with this practice. I was diagnosed with MS after being hospitalized because the neuro Dr I saw for almost a year specialized in epilepsy patients. I was told I needed sleep studies. They never prescribe anything for a flare up causing me multiple visits to the ER. The doctor there told me,"Smoking cigarettes makes you stupid". The front desk staff is grossly incompetent. They will not answer the phone or return calls. When you go there, they are stuffing their face with food from a Styrofoam container and barely acknowledge your existence. They are completely unorganized. One look at them and I could only imagine the type of doctor that would employ them and made an appointment with a more reputable practice. I wouldn't take my dog here.
