My internists made me an appointment on 5/5/26. No one called me to confirm that appointment. I called left message several times. I finally got a response. The told me that they Don't do the test I need. To make an appointment at MUSC. That was on 5/30/26. It's taken them almost a month to tell me to go somewhere else. I will Never Recommend Prisma Neurology. Don't walk, Run from them.
New patient. Not happy so far. Originally it took them a month to contact me back about my referral. Had my first appointment, doctor seems great. Now a month after my appointment still waiting for them to call me after they did not send my authorization papers to insurance right away. They do not return phone calls timely (1-2weeks for a call back). What is going on?
I was referred to Prisma Neurology from 1 doctor for my medication. But by the time I received a call back I was back on my medication. Then I started going to another doctor and she sent over a different referral to Prisma Neurology and they told my new doctor that because I canceled 1 appointment and was a no show for another they would not see me at all. Someone please explain to me how you only call me once and then just schedule me an appointment that I NEVER knew about but it's my fault. I will go else where. Don't nee... read more
I am sitting here reading all kinds of things my neurologist could have been doing to help me. Of course its my fault but IT is not. Please talk to others before you trust
Customer service is TRASH. No one wants to help and they will literally just hang up on you. A shame to medicine!!!!
