Customer service is TRASH. No one wants to help and they will literally just hang up on you. A shame to medicine!!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The office never returns calls in a timely manner. One time, I called 4 different times, finally asking to speak with the Manager, and you guessed it: No call until 2 weeks later. Then my last Botox for migraines, there looks to be a double charge... No call going on 2 weeks now. I am a RN of 15 years. I do not recommend Prisma Neurology for any of your healthcare needs.
I’m warning everyone…if you value your life, sanity and time, DO NOT go here. It is a training clinic for Residents, and you will become overwhelmingly stressed from constantly advocating for your health. I have no problem with Residents as I understand they must start somewhere, but the arrogance that displayed among some of them is beyond off-putting, and the front desk folks are very unprofessional; if you have a serious neurological condition, don’t expect to be heard or taken seriously. I had an appointment today at 3 pm and I arrived at 2:30. I checked in and was called back at 3:08. J was told to wait not long in the waiting room to be called back at 3:15. I was escorted back to a room and was told to change because of the procedure I was to have. I changed and waited until I got tired of waiting (3:50) for the doctor or someone to come in.
