I started treatment and the got covid and was kicked out until months later. Prisma only cares about your money. Go to any other IOP program besides this one
My 19 year old daughter was recommended to go here by her primary doctor for anxiety and depression. She started the program after being released from the hospital for suicidal thoughts, and had not made any attempts. At first the people were friendly and willing to work with our concerns. This was all group therapy which may be great for some but did not suit my daughter. She needed one on one care. Group therapy did little for her. At first I really enjoyed it, The atmosphere was really great and most everyone was super supportive. I was there for a suicide attempt, substance abuse, and anorexia, well what we thought was anorexia. I didn’t starve myself or make myself puke i’d just get so stressed out to the point where I physically couldn’t eat. I was also misdiagnosed with PTSD, not from them but from my stay at Baptist inpatient. So I was treated for something I didn’t have so it didn’t really help.
