This was the worse healthcare experience I've had. Two days later, I received a survey to complete. When I sent my answer to the last question, I received a reply that my survey expired. Weird, right? I’m leaving my feedback here in the hopes of helping someone else: 1) I understand this is a high foot traffic area and homeless people may enter but this doesn't allow staff to be unprofessional or unruly.
