Obviously, an ER will be busy and a visit will be expensive. And certainly the space and equipment might be a little lacking. But as to the actual providers and treatment, I was taken excellent care of. The wait times were reasonable and I managed to get treated and leave faster than I expected. I don't remember my nurse's name at this point and I don't see it in the notes (possibly Amanda?) but she was fantastic, even though she definitely had plenty to handle. This was the worse healthcare experience I've had. Two days later, I received a survey to complete. When I sent my answer to the last question, I received a reply that my survey expired. Weird, right? I’m leaving my feedback here in the hopes of helping someone else: 1) I understand this is a high foot traffic area and homeless people may enter but this doesn't allow staff to be unprofessional or unruly.
