Communication is terrible. We randomly selected 4 out of 10 (fully operational) Midwest hand pieces for "maintenance" with Palmetto Handpiece Repair. In less than 4 months all 4 of them are no longer operable. When reaching out to Doug for further clarification, he was very defensive and offended. He no-showed us twice and then states he "sent an email" for a "family emergency" or "car accident." It's odd how some emails come thru fine for Doug and others mysteriously do not. Unprofessional and scammers. Do not recommend this business to anyone who needs any repair for dental equipment. Stay away from this company if you want to avoid paying to damage your dental equipment and potential scams.

Always able to take care of us. Very professional and gives great information. We have worked with Doug for at least 10 years
Great company, he was fast and he serviced our handpieces the same day. We were up and running in no time and the handpieces lasted over a year. Highly recommend to other dental practices and doctors.
