I called to ask one simple question, was told to hold on but was hung up on. So I came to the location to ask my question to find one person in there shopping, be real your not that busy to the point it's impossible to answer 1 question, I shouldn't have to come to the location to simply ask a question. I assume that's why businesses have phone numbers. My first impression

To Whom It May Concern, I recently visited the Palmetto Goodwill store in Charleston, South Carolina, located adjacent to the corporate office. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and left me questioning the level of care and oversight being applied to this location. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the condition of the exterior.
