So I went shopping at Goodwill and it was really hot and the air wasn't on. There was no ventilation. Good variety as usual, overpriced as usual. The cashier had headphones on and was on the phone with somebody while she was ringing me up. The generation today has no customer service lacks soft skills. She did not even realize that it is rude to have headphones and be on the phone while you're working. No home training; no out of home training;no customer service.
