There was a problem with billing, but I was told there was not a phone number or an email I could have/use and to resolve the issue, I had to send a 'snail mail' letter explaining the problem.
I am a provider. I've submitted claims since November. It is March 1 tomorrow. No matter how many times I submit PERFECTLY good claims, per THEIR instructions, they keep denying my claim. Impossible to work with!
