Before PGW and Midas took over, I would only purchase tires from Nuttall. On the strength of that, I took my vehicle today to have a nail plugged. I was told that my tire could not be patched and the recommendation was to replace all four tires. Knowing that I did not need four tires I asked for my vehicle stating I would go to the Lexus dealership to purchase a replacement if needed. If you are in the area this is the Midas to go to. Really nice clean and friendly environment. They also stand behind their work. I had work done 4 months ago a part failed so I came to a different location in texas for repair. They would not honor the warranty. I reached out and Matt Dooley is the man. He definitely went the extra mile and now my repairs are being handle under warranty. This is one location that stands behind us as customers. Highly recommend!!!
Fast and professional service every time!
Absolutely horrible experience at Midas that is owned by this company. My son brought his car in for an existing issue, paid for the repair, and before he even left their parking lot the check engine light came on again along with multiple new warning lights. When he immediately went back inside, the staff refused to even look at it without charging ANOTHER $300 diagnostic fee. The employee was rude, dismissive, and downright nasty.
