Let me start by saying, there is no way I can say enough about how wonderful the staff is here! We had to say goodbye to our Beloved Mother, and from the moment I called Palmetto they were amazing. This was the first time I have ever had to anything like this, and not only did they guide my family and I through step by step, they did it with tremendous care and love! As difficult as this day was Mr Robinson & staff made the journey very easy and without stress. I cannot say enough about their hairdresser, Angie Moore. She made my wife as beautiful as she was when I first met her. I've been part of many final moments in funeral homes in my 70 years plus. Never had I seen the care and comfort that Palmetto provided.
Planning a funeral for a loved one is one of the hardest things to do. Palmetto Funeral Home not only made the process easier, they did it with compassion. 9 months down the road, they were still there for me. I'll forever be grateful to them. I have no doubt if I called them today, they would do all they could to help me.
