Worst experience looking for a car ever. The salespeople pressure you into cars you aren't interested in or aren't the price you want and I've never seen so much dishonest pricing. I was offered two different amounts for my trade in and was unable to get an actual price on anything. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Awful experience with the service dept. They have no appreciation for their customers. Do not go here for anything because they will not return your phone calls or try to help you in any way.It is worth the money it will cost to tow my vehicle out of there and take it to another service center so I don't have to deal with them again.I would give this place no stars if I could.
You are absolutely entitled to charge (too much in this case) for your used cars, but the experience I shared today with my family with the Used Car Sales Mgr and his sales rep was beyond acceptable. 1.
