My Ford Maverick had a recall for a passenger airbag light possibly being defective. Scheduled an appointment for the recall, and a 2,500 mile oil change before a road trip. 2+ Hour wait!!! I could understand a lengthy wait for a walk in, but not a scheduled appointment. To make matters WORSE I was charged $167 for the oil change. I asked for an "oil change", not a tire rotation, filter change etc. The truck has 2,500 miles on it. Why would I need anything more than a "Basic" oil change?
