We had our floors done in November 2020. Since then, I have had a board pop up, a splinter in my foot and a small cut from a nail sticking out. The job was rushed and sloppy. I have since tried to call Patti, but she won't answer her phone and her mailbox is full. She hasn't answered email or texts. She did come out with a worker to see the board that had popped up, promising that he'd come back and repair it the next week. That was almost a month ago and it was the last I've heard from them. RecommendedA BIG shout out to Chris and Patty. We recently had some water damage to our 3/4 strip oak floors, so we needed repairs. Since the floors were sanded and finished in place, a patch would not work. Our entire house with the exception of two guest bedrooms had to be sanded and refinished So, we moved all the furniture in the garage and moved out to stay with friends while Chris and crew went to work. Palmetto Flooring Gallery is the best Flooring Company around here! They have done amazing jobs, including my floors! Absolutely wonderful customer service and quality of work. They have done really old mills in the area and new homes too! So impressed by their work ethic and experience!
After starting a reno with a big box store which quickly turned into a nightmare, we found Palmetto Flooring! They jumped right in and helped us with all aspects-not just our flooring! Cherie and Patty were always just a phone call away with any questions that I had. We are so pleased with everything and can’t recommend them enough!

Palmetto Flooring did a wonderful job putting in hardwood floors throughout our house. Tearout of our carpet, vinyl, and old wooden floors was skillfully done and hauled away. Any concerns and questions were answered promptly. We also love our new backsplash put in by Palmetto. Thank you Cheri, Patty and the rest of the crew for several jobs well done!
