We had our floors done in November 2020. Since then, I have had a board pop up, a splinter in my foot and a small cut from a nail sticking out. The job was rushed and sloppy. I have since tried to call Patti, but she won't answer her phone and her mailbox is full. She hasn't answered email or texts. She did come out with a worker to see the board that had popped up, promising that he'd come back and repair it the next week. That was almost a month ago and it was the last I've heard from them.
