Such excellent care and time spent getting questions answered. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes. Rarely 10 minutes and everyone is courteous, warm and upbeat.
My hygienist and doctor both took their time in taking care of my needs and explained things thoroughly.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I don’t like to give perfect ratings. Usually if the service is great there is always room for improvement. Not in this case. I’ve seen many a dentist and office staff in my times. The folks at Palmetto family dental. Deserve every bit of a perfect rating. Professional, friendly, personable, willing to go that extra bit for the client. They do it all. Plus I have an enjoyable time. Really I know fun at a dentist. Yup. It’s great therapy.
