Very disappointed with billing department.
I’m giving a one star because a had an appointment for cleaning and it was my second appointment/cleaning with them. I choose them because they were in my network and I live close by and also my husband had been seen by them after being referred by the VA. After receiving several reminders about my appointment I showed up to get my teeth cleaned and the took x-rays, everything went well until checkout. At checkout I was told I owed money because they no longer accept my insurance, then they also said your husband owes us $50... read more
All of the staff are wonderful! I went in on Monday, July 28th, 2025, and was greeted by Alyssa who not only welcomed me but got me established as a new patient and then because of a cancellation made me an appointment with Lori, a dental hygienist who took x-rays and did a great job of cleaning my teeth quickly without pain! Dr Tina Vu-Heaton finished up with a thorough exam and sent me on my way. Kudos to Dr Tina Vu-Heaton and all her staff who made me feel welcomed! Thanks!!
Great caring and passionate dentist over the last two years I received dental care, Invisalign care, and occlusal guard care the treat meant plans are affordable and they take dental insurance. They do well with scheduling also. Try this family dentist out!
Friendly, personable, and communicative! And that's coming from someone who needs constant clarification and doesn't process info in the morning very well.
