The folks at Palmetto Eye are friendly, caring, patient and very helpful. Dr Wood has a lovely personality and spends ample time performing a thorough eye examination. She explains everything clearly and answers any questions you might have. I definitely recommend Palmetto Eye and Dr Wood to my friends and family for all their eye care. I got stood-up by Palmetto Eye today. I drove to Rock Hill and arrived early for my appointment to find that the front entrance was papered-over with a CLOSED sign. I went around to the side; looked in, and saw a lot of people sitting around a long table. I knocked on the window and was ignored. You could tell they enjoy what they do and strive to help folks in their vision healthcare. The appointment started right on time and they treated you like a priority the whole time. I visited Palmettto Eye today. This was my first eye visit in over 20 years because I have such anxiety about my eyes. Cynthia and Dr. Wood were amazing. They listened to my concerns and fears and they treated me with kindness and patience. I need to return for a regular eye exam so Dr. Wood walked me though what to expect. I will go back for this appointment because they made me feel that comfortable. They have no idea how their ways impacted my day.
The entire staff especially Dr. Burk, he knowledge, professional, and very caring.
