Who calls to set up a follow up 2 weeks after initial services? Call for a follow up and they want to charge another $300 (initial fee) because my follow up wasn't schedule withing 2 weeks. Initial service in March 2024 and called for follow up July 9, 2024
I want to say a few words about Brad Miller, Branch Manager at Murrells Inlet. He has gone WAY out of his way to take care of me and my critter problems. He is thoroughly professional and pleasant and works extra hard to be sure I am satisfied, My bug problem was an unusual one, but Brad did the research and has worked diligently at keeping me satisfied and my home bug-free. He had to make several visits but never did so begrudgingly and in fact kept at it till the problem was solved. He's THE BEST! Dorothy Yarborough
My parents owned their home in Charleston from 1963 until my father died 12/30/2019. I assume that the house was fundamentally sound and couldn't possibly have termites since it was protected by Palmetto. Boy was I wrong. After demoing some of the kitchen, there were active termites! The entire kitchen floor had to be demoed. ****** I called Palmetto and they sent a tech within an hour to spray and kill the live termites.
