I have experienced regular and consistent communication and issue resolution problems with Palmetto. No stars. This company did a fair job managing my property until this year. Now they are refusing to return my key and garage opener. Tried to contact them for months now. They told me 6 weeks ago they would folllow-up but no one has. Office contact assured me she would follow-up and she has not contacted me since Nov. 9th. My contract is current. I can only imagine they are being negligent in regards to the contract.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! My boyfriend and I went through the whole process for 1512 ANDOVER AVE. We tired multiple times to be allowed inside to a inspection of the inside before move in. We were repeatedly told that was NOT allowed. Once move in day came and we were inside we learned why. Kitchen sink was taped up with plastic bags, 80% of windows where painted shut (outside of most were rotted as well after we were promised it would be fixed by move in), main air vent was dirty and didnt have proper filter, fridge didnt work and ... read more
Palmetto is an awesome company to deal with, they gave me an opportunity while taking into consideration when others wouldn't. If I have ever had any questions or concerns pertaining to my rental property, they've seen to it that it's addressed no delay and no bs. If you explain your situation they will do their best to assist.
Dog breed restrictions are outdated and unnecessary.
