I have experienced regular and consistent communication and issue resolution problems with Palmetto. No stars. This company did a fair job managing my property until this year. Now they are refusing to return my key and garage opener. Tried to contact them for months now. They told me 6 weeks ago they would folllow-up but no one has. Office contact assured me she would follow-up and she has not contacted me since Nov. 9th. My contract is current. I can only imagine they are being negligent in regards to the contract.

We are in from out of town, set up an appointment to see a property, and we're then contacted to switch to later time 45 minutes before appointment because other people cancelled their appointments! Due to time constraints in my schedule, having to get back home, I could not delay time, and they would not honor appointment time.
