High-quality equipment and exceptional service. Tony went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed!
We were very impressed with the customer service Tony recently provided one of his clients. He reached out to our company to help assist his client and went above and beyond while communicating with and connecting all of us. That type of customer service does not go unnoticed by our team!
We purchased an 18,000 lb alignment lift. We did not get our rail lights and the turntable spacers were not correct. I called to get help. I sent pictures to the main supervisor. He said he would call.......nothing. Sent the pictures to the email........nothing. My understanding is they have a sales manager that does not respond and do his job. the have this main supervisor who is his boss. He will not help you unless the sales manager asks him.......they acknowledge the sales manager does not always do his job. Therefore em... read more
