General dentist referred son for root canal. I asked billing personnel AND receptionist to verify that endodontist was an in network provider with my insurance, and to provide an estimate of my out of pocket expenses for treatment. Found out when I arrived at the office on the morning of the appt that endodontist was not in network, and root canal would be more than $800. RecommendedI had to go in for a root canal this morning. From the time that I walked in til the time I went to exit, everyone treated me as a friend, not a patient. I was really, really nervous. Not only did the staff have encouraging words, but The Dr, she also reassured me. Seeing how nervous I was, she took her time and made sure that I was OK through the whole process. I have attempted to speak with not one but 2 staff members to rectify a debt that I didn't know still existed after 2 yrs in 2017 for my 10 yr daughter at the time. My first call about it was on 6/1/2020 from a Company call CRI Collection Agency 2 yrs later. The debt collection agency called belligerent and also spewing racial comments. Had a root canal yesterday by Dr. Barrett. Office is awesome, Dr. Barrett, office staff and dental staff are professional, courteous and caring. Left the office with full information and treatment as needed. Received a follow up phone call this morning checking on my status. Highly recommend this office and staff !!
Fantastic staff!! Highly recommend Dr. McEntire and team. Came in for a root canal and the procedure was completed way sooner than expected. Definitely far exceeded my expectations! I’m a ‘nervous’ person when it comes to visiting the dentist...even for cleanings...so I was extra anxious today. In the end the anxiousness was for no reason as the whole process couldn’t have gone any smoother! Will definitely be back...IF...I ever had a need for another procedure. Fingers crossed...I don’t need another one. 😉

Have a extreme phobia of my face being touched by anybody. That being said this was easily the best experience I’ve ever had with any kind of dental work!
Dr Barrett worked me in today because I was in pain! Such a kind and compassionate staff. The root canal was pain free and I’m on the mend.
