DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! On April 19, 2024, I walked into the Emergency Room (ER) at ShorePoint Health in Punta Gorda, FL to receive medical care. I thoroughly expressed my concerns to everyone from the desk clerk during check-in, ER nurses and Techs, and the ER doctor [Dr. Boris Reznikov] about my unintentional weight loss of 42 lbs since January 2024 and pain in the upper left portion of my back. I have been coming to your outpatient surgery department for over a decade, mostly once a month. I am Always treated with kindness, caring. Of course with the most excellent professional care! From the outpatient registration to the nurses who treat me, they are the best ever! Most Grateful to them all!!
I was treated respectfully and promptly. The staff was fun to engage with. No soreness or bruising after the procedure.
