My experience was not good either. I received a bill from a debt collector recently. Original debt was from Palmetto ER physicians. Funny that I never heard anything of this debt from Palmetto until now via debt collector. Somehow I'm going have the spend the time to figure out if this is even legit. Nowadays, you have to get a lawyer to get anything done. This is how the cookie crumbles...
While visiting my mother, my son was sunburned badly. We tried to visit local Urgent Care Centers and could not find a location open. We next tried local fire stations and we were advised the local emergency room was best location to meet our needs. We visited Bayfront Health in Punta Gorda. The service was fine, but later found that the Palmetto Emergency Physicians did not file our insurance claim.
