I am very impressed with Palmetto Elite Dentistry. The staff works very well as a team and the quality of the work is excellent.
The best dentist I ever been to. And I hate going to the dentist! I’m from MA and I’m retired and I have never been to a dentist as good as him. Highly recommend.
Outstanding service from the front desk (Candice and Kristen) to the hygienist to the dentist himself. As a new patient, I was so pleased to find such a well-run practice so close to home.
From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable because you get a hello or a good morning from Candace or Kristen. The waiting area has comfortable seats. And their appointment setting works in a way where you're not waiting very long. And then you get Kim or one of the other assistants to come out and walk you back to the area.Thats where the magic begins. The staff and Doctor Dowdy are very personable, and the work is done with pride. I personally enjoy being a patient of theirs very much.Thank You.
