Purchased a house from Palmetto Development in 2008. My first experience with a NEW home. It truly has been wonderful. I've had very few issues and the construction has held up thru several hurricanes even though I'm located on a marsh. If I ever build a home here in this area, I will be using Palmetto Development.
Gayle and Mike Hardee built our dream home and did a AMAZING job. They were very easy to work with and treated our house like it was their own. Mike is very skilled in every step of the building process - and Gayle has a great eye for paint colors and interior design. In the past 30 years, I have built and remodeled a number of homes. Palmetto Development is by FAR, the best of any contractor I have ever worked with. I was referred to Mike by a friend.
