It's not loud unless you are right by the street
Biker bar across street. Loud motorcycles at 2am.
Maintenance men can't fix stuff quick. Ac didn't get fixed for six months into lease and window has no lock or will stay open for 11 months and counting
You get what you pay for. Beautiful and quiet.
Maintanace and staff are quick and respectful. Grounds are beautifully taken care of. Property is quiet.
