I’ve been an account holder for over 6 years and walked in today wanting to exchange a dollar in quarters for two rolls of pennies. I thought it would be a really simple request but boy was I wrong. Woman looked a little annoyed at my request and stated they may not have a whole dollars worth of pennies. Give me a break. You’re a bank.
