I have called their office number numerous times for the past two months and it doesn't work properly and thus no one answers. I have also sent mail to their address and it is returned and I have sent emails and no one ever responds!

I agree with another poster who stated they destroy everything they touch. I live in a subdivision where they are currently building homes (Autumns Wood). They only have two house plans, which are all one level. They are crammed together and look cheap compared to the other houses in the neighborhood. I’m afraid that what they are doing is going to bring down the value of my house. When builders build in a already developed neighborhood, they should try and mirror what is already there. Disgusted resident.

I am still waiting for Palmetto to come over my house at Tabby Place to replace the defective or broken items, and complete the unfinished work at a house I purchased over a year ago. Hand prints on doors, chipped paint, cracked trims on cabinets, damage flooring, a scratched un-leveled glass shower door, and unfinished attic, among others. All items should have been taken care by the extensive builder’s warranty that also covers craftsmanship defects.
