WORST experience – I will never ever return to PSL. Dr. White has the worst bedside manner of any physician I've ever met with. The front staff were polite and I was seen within 30 minutes only to be met with Dr. White who didn't even look at me and CERTAINLY didn't listen to a word I said before barking questions and becoming way too physical too fast. I found him to be extremely aggressive and rude. I left in tears with no relief. He has zero compassion and is quite frankly a prick.
Very good! – As a family we go to Dr. White for several years now for skin cancer prevention. Dr. White bedside manners are very good and he is very knowledgeable. He workd very thoroughly and detailed and does not leave anything by chance. One time I had a terrible rash that started in one elbow and increased quickly. He found the cause and the right medicine - and after a couple of days everything was finde again. It never came back! I can highly recommend Dr. White.
Don't ever miss an appointment – I am disappointed in the way they handle issues with missed appointments to the extent of wanting to find a new dermatologist. I have been a patient for a few years and have always showed for my appointments. I had an appt. on a Monday and due to things out of my control was not able to notify them that I wouldn't be there.
