Great customer service & care from Dr. Miller!
Love the doctors and staff. Over the years I have had issues with my knees and shoulders and I was taken care of promptly with excellent results.
I suffered for 10 years with the excruciating pain in my knees. Visited 4 different surgeons, only to be told I weighed too much to get my knees replaced. I finally took some great advice & decided to see Dr. Loging. This was the best thing I've ever done! In July, 2023 & December 20, 2023, Dr. Loging replaced both my knees! I did great! Of course there was pain, but they helped me with meds & care at home. Now I'm in very little pain. I'm going more places than I've been in 10 years! Where do I began, I have lived in a few cities and have been to many doctors office and by far this is the worst one. I had a scheduled appointment, and they called me within a 10 minute period and rescheduled my appointment twice. The second time they called I asked the scheduler a few questions, because I wanted to know what was going on. The lady responded back to my questions by YELLING AT ME, AND HANGING UP IN MY FACE.
