Dropped off my golf cart for a lithium ion battery conversion in the morning after our old batteries gave up. Cory texted me that the cart was done that afternoon.The wife and kids are ecstatic about how good the cart runs now. Amazing customer service, all the guys in the shop were polite and eager to help. Mr. Adam and his family are the Nicest family, and the most professional people you will ever run into!! They will not quit until they figure out what’s going on and what you need as a customer. I am 60 years old and lived here my entire life and have never met a better run family business in my life. My experience with Palmetto Battery Pros has been amazing. Cory was extremely informative from beginning to end. Pointed me in the right direction on what set up I would need for my golf cart. Help me through the order and got everything shipped out right away. Highly recommend them!
Had a battery installed in my golf cart and a usb added as well. The owners here were fair and polite. Very helpful as well.
