Had them replace a bad 25’ HDMI cable in my wall from TV to Stereo. They used a 60’ cable and we have cutting out sound during movies from TV. They refuse to help. Sent texts a couple time to try to get them to stand by their work to no avail. I am now stuck with a $500 cable that doesn’t work. Explained to Mike that if I use a 10’ cable direct there is no problem so it is the cable 100% and they don’t seem to care. Very sad!
Mike and his team are the best. So knowledgable, and goes the extra mile. We highly recommend Palmetto Audio & Video.
