Would not reccommend this group. One of the owners talked about how other clients were dissappointed with his work and storming into his office threatening to take him before some type of board in Columbia. He is conservative. Reluctant to return calls until he is ready (which I think is un professional). Personally I have not the time to take him before a board.. but I do believe the market will handle him accordingly. If you have a choice when picking appraisers -- keep looking!
