While visiting family in Spartanburg, our Lab was injured by a fishhook. We sought care at this hospital around 6:15 p.m. on a Saturday but were turned away because no veterinarian was on site (during open business hours). We then drove to Fetch in Greenville, where the team provided exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism. While we were grateful for the outstanding treatment at Fetch, it was disappointing that emergency care was not available locally when our pet needed it most.

I could not have found a better place to take my dog for an emergency C-section. The staff is the best and treated us like family the entire time. We will forever recommend Palmetto urgent clinic!

Thank you for loving my pet and taking such good care of her. Her emergency was unusual and the care team has walked me through her recovery process. I would not hesitate recommending for urgent care situations.

Thank you so much to this team and Dr. Sullivan! My sweet kitty had a foreign body in her stomach that was hard to find on imaging, we brought her in on a Saturday and she was able to have surgery to remove it just hours later and is already acting like herself again during recovery. Everyone kept us informed every step of the way and I can’t thank you all enough!
