Came in on Monday evening and was treated with empathy and care. Most affordable emergency after hours vet we have been to. People working here are very compassionate and everyone from the front desk to check out was amazing. Will be changing my vet to here.
The whole night staff was phenomenal when we came in with Ash. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of him!
I came in about a month ago to when my dog broke her leg. The doctor was great and they splint her up. They specifically told me to come in every week for 6 weeks to have her resplinted. I called up there to have her respinted and the receptionist talked to me like I was stupid. Telling me I need to go to regular vet, when I was told to go there by the Dr. I paid close to $600 the resplints were gonna cost $20 each time. Palmetto Animal Urgent Care saved our dog Luna after she became very ill due to a pyometra (and sepsis). She received emergency surgery right away and was hospitalized for a few days. She was also given a blood transfusion. The doctors and staff were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. They kept cost as low as possible. We are forever grateful for PAUC and would recommend them to others.
