We are a little bit country and so are they. Not a stuffed shirt ,hoite toytie place. These Vets care about the animals & the people who love them. The office is clean & does not smell. One of the 2 Doctors runs a rescue for Pit Bulls. They have gone above & beyond to accommodate rescue's. The staff is friendly & willing to answer questions. I have never had a problem with this facility been going there for 3 years now.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused.
