Went for a visit regarding a cyst DR. Vaughan was nice but I wanted another look from someone different so I requested a different doctor and the receptionist was nicely setting that up and all the sudden one of their assistants/nurses comes from back and suggested seeing a different doctor wasn't going to make a difference like as if I have no right to pick who I want over my care and body and even suggested I may want to see a different urologist at a different facility. Had an office visit today with Dr. Nelson Ploch regarding two intense medical conditions. Dr Ploch executed his exams, coordinated further evaluations, and assured me he'd provide pointed diagnosis of my two issues. His detailed and jovial communication, along with an extremely cordial office deamenor was truly exemplory!! Search no further... he will be a treasurer chest find for you!! 👍
