College rental option while attending school 2025 experience. Decent no frills type building for reasonable monthly rent. Location is fairly good being within a block of campus. Being slightly more centered than the lower corner edge would be desirable though. The interior hallway is very institutional looking being all cinderblock without windows. I am really satisfied with Palmerton for several reasons, including perfect heating (during very cold winters, it really keeps the apartment warm and comfortable), cleanliness, and the fact that the apartment management is very responsible. They conduct inspections multiple times per month and check everything, informing residents in advance about these procedures.
