Palmerston Mandurah is fantastic!!! Providing the local community with support groups, information, where to get advice and help, need exchange and much more. Facilitator Ben was incredible for Smart Group on Tuesday 6.00-7.30pn displaying professionalism, care, guidance, praise and encouragement.
I really can't imagine how someone lands in a position where their job is to serve the most marginalised of the marginalised while dripping with contempt and cruelty for those very people. Denying someone access to harm reduction tools because you refuse to take cards and leaving them with nothing, thereby exposing them to the very harms you're meant to be helping them mitigate, over *four dollars*, is absolutely inexcusable and the staff who did this should be ashamed and frankly fired.
