We recently stayed at this Airbnb in Hunter Valley with a group of friends, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The space felt very congested. The living room and kitchen were combined into a very small area, which made it uncomfortable for a group. Mmm what can I say about this fantastic venue. The grounds were beautifully kept and included a nice mob of eastern Grey kangaroos. It has something for everyone, no matter their age from playground for kids and games to a pool for all and a great fire pit/BBQ area for gathering. Overall experience was good with refreshing outdoor activities to enjoy. However, our experience at reception was disappointing. The lady at the front desk was quite rude and had a demeaning attitude, which made us feel unheard when we raised our concerns. Additionally, we found bugs in our Airbnb, and the space felt quite congested. It was advertised as spacious enough to comfortably fit 5–6 people, but in reality, it did not feel that way.

The property itself is spacious, but the interior layout is very cramped. We stayed with 4 people, and the bedrooms and combined kitchen/living area felt much smaller. Bathroom design issues, Wi-Fi problems, and an unhelpful host response made this stay disappointing. The view and outdoor area were really nice, but overall we would not recommend this place.
