Worst jwelery manufacturer in the industry. I custom ordered my engagement ring from them and specifically stated I did not want a diamond solitare that stood up with prongs that stuck out I wanted a flat cut and I ended up with my now husband picking up a diamond solitare ring with prongs that stick up and being told it was the best he could do. I hate the ring and will never go back to them for anything ever. If they can't listen and get and engagement ring right I don't believe they could get anything right Claire
