Barber Jack Palmer has been cutting and styling Men's hair (women's too) for decades in downtown Marshall. His son also works with him in the shop. I know many men who will drive quite a distance to have thier hair cut by Jack. My nephew who is three comes from Kalamazoo to have his hair cut there, as his father has before him! I believe haircuts average around $12.
