Self seating and yoou have to go to counter to order. Clean your table off with trash from what you ate.
Lines are unclear so it's always a free for all, with people confused and cutting in, even if they don't mean to. The staff is sweet but never does anything. Much more pleasant experience, charming atmosphere, and great food (!) at Manhattan Deli down the street.

Ordered a Palmer Club with mustard. Paid and the lady bagged it up. Set my backpack on the empty bar area in the center and put the bag in and went to leave. Some guy came running up to me saying someone saw me put something in my backpack and he needed to look in my bag. I said, "somebody needs to get their eyes checked, and what do you think is gonna be in there?" He didn't respond so I opened my backpack and it was completely empty except for the sandwich.
