My parents always used Palmer’s for their carpet needs. My Dad was a friend of the owner. I knew that the ownership had changed, but wanted to support a local business, so I gave them a call. Immediate response and great communication! Offered knowledge of their business and what could be done about our elder dogs pee spots that we have cleaned up and tried using other products to get rid of the smell and color. They did an amazing job and the carpets look excellent ! So happy I trusted them with my carpets.
