My dad had his first Palisade appointment in early June. The experience he received is making him wonder if he should drive the extra distance to the Daphne location. My dad arrived for his first service appointment before the scheduled time. He was checked in, then escorted to the waiting area which was on another side of the dealership. I dropped my vehicle off April 24, today is may 16. I waited 7 days to check-in, it took 4 phone calls in 2 days to get any info. The info I received was fabricated,on Friday I was told my adjuster would be there Monday to look at said issue. Okay I waited 5 days to contact they finally texted me with the reply and I was told the parts were on order, and that’s what the holdup is,( I wasn’t rushing I just wanted a status,) which means the adjuster has came out already and approved the claim, right?
