Fabulous coop -- I can't think of a single complaint the entire time I was an owner there. Garbage taken out daily, $20 gym membership that covers everyone in your unit, and 2 dedicated parking passes with no wait time, and incredible maintenance services if needed. Hard to come by a place better than this in the area.

I have a lawsuit pending the whole place in infested with bed bugs the guy is a slum lord do not rent from this guy he's hiding from my lawyers but you will be held accountable he's hiding the insurance if there is even any the whole place is a hazard and needs and will be shut down before is said and done and some how they keep getting my reviews deleted so I'll just keep posting them
