I needed a computer update on my 24 KW 680 on a Saturday. They were able to get me in right away and straightened out my software. I'd go back anytime.
Nice enough folks at the counter, and they got me in somewhat timely for a reasonably priced pre-purchase inspection. Hard to imagine the tech missed 2 bad brake chambers, misaligned+leaking seal between dpf+doc cans. Clamp not even on the lip. (Big deal) Unfortunately I purchased, yes, my choice of course....and am now paying the price. Im sad.
