Great service! Was recommended by a friend so tried someplace new. Got my A/C repaired and two new tires. Within a week, I’d somehow gotten a hole in my brand new tire from some sharp piece of metal in the roadway. Woke up to a totally flat tire in the garage. Within the hour, called, they sent a service rep to our house with a tank, filled the tire, took it back to the shop, patched the tire, and brought our car home just in time for a long awaited road trip! Kudos on the quick response and awesome service!
Palmer is amazing! They are honest & go Above and Beyond for me! I own Luxe Street Boutique and they fix the fashion truck & when they can't they help me find someone who can!
Brian and Jeff are so honest and always show that they truly care about their customers! Always have my father and I’s car done in a timely manner and at reasonable prices! I recommend them to everyone!!
It was only 5 degrees outside today and I ended up with a flat tire a block from Palmer Tire and Auto (with my mom and kids in the car). Luckily, I was at the right place and time for a flat tire (due to cold weather), I was able to make it there and Jeff filled all four of my tires with air for me. I made it home safe and sound and thankful for Jeff and Palmer Tire and Auto. They are definitely getting my future business!
This is the BEST repair shop in central IL. I have never seen another group nearly as honest, fair priced, and simply great at what they do. They consistently show how much they value their long term customers, and they really have one in me. My family and I have been with them for several years with many vehicles and they are always amazing.
